ChoirFestME is the Middle East’s biggest celebration of voices, bringing together schools, choirs, and communities from across the region.


Last year over 2,500 singers took to the stage, making it a landmark festival of harmony, talent, and creativity. In 2026, we’re raising the bar again: more choirs, more performances, and unforgettable experiences.

  • The registration process is simple:  

    Step 1: Register your choir online using the ChoirFestME 2026 form below. You’ll get an email with a link for the second form and payment.

    Step 2: Open that link to complete Form 2 and make your payment before the deadline.
    Your choir will be officially registered once we’ve received your payment.

  • The fee is AED 55 per singer, inclusive of VAT. To support participating schools and choirs, each group is also allowed one free chaperone per 10 singers. Additional chaperones can be added at the same fee per person.

    • Registrations open: 27 October 2025

    • Registrations close: 15 December 2025

    • Payment deadline: 10 January 2026

    Please note: registrations are only confirmed once payment has been received.

  • The festival takes place across multiple vibrant stages at Hartland International School in Sobha Hartland, Dubai.

    • 14 Feb | Junior & Senior School Choirs - Choir of the Year Finals

    • 15th Feb | Adult Choirs - Qualification Round

    • 15th Feb | Adult Choirs - Choir of the Year Finals
